How do I find my pictures?
- Simply scroll down the list on the Home Page until you see the event. The events appear in date order with the most recent at the top of the list. Then just click on the event to open the gallery. From there just follow the directions and have fun.
I’ve looked for my event and can’t find it?
- If you don’t find your event by scrolling down the list, we recommend you check in the Archives section. Your event may also not be posted on the web site yet. Photos taken of an event must be edited and uploaded on to the site. Depending on the number of events being uploaded, this process sometimes takes a few days after the event.
What happens when you photograph a Company event.
- Indoor and outdoor, our photographers move through the event, photographing the laughter and fun. The photos are then immediately transferred to computers with viewing screens that are located at the event. The viewing actually becomes a real source of fun itself as employees select photos to be printed. The photos are then printed on site and handed out. At this kind of an event, the cost of enjoying the photos is normally covered by the company. Everyone will laugh and remember the fun as post-event photos appear on desks and walls throughout the company.
How long with my photos be available for ordering?
- You can return and order photos as often as you like. Events will be posted and then within one month be moved to our Archives. You may enter the Archives, where events will be stored for one year. For photos from events over one year old, you can still contact us for special orders.
If I want to schedule photographers for my event, how do you charge?
- Event planners vary on the manner in which they would like to work with us. In many instances, in exchange for exclusive photo rights of the event, we will schedule the event at no cost to the organization or person planning the event and rely solely upon income from photo sales. Many companies enjoy providing free photographs to their employees that are taken at company events. In that case, we work with the event planner to arrive at a fixed fee based upon the number of persons expected to attend the event.
Do you ever take formal still portrait photography at events.
- Yes. You can arrange for our photographers to use backdrops, umbrella lighting and special settings at company parties and other indoor events.
What if I have a problem with my photos?
- Normally, photos are mailed within three days of your order. If you do not receive your photos within 7 to 10 days, please contact our photo processing company. We offer a complete customer satisfaction guarantee on the quality of our photos. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any photo, simply return the photo to us at Instant Action Photo, P.O. Box 232, Norwalk, Iowa, along with a self-addressed envelope to receive a refund of the cost of the photo.
